3D Molded Interconnect Device
Manufactures three-dimensional molded interconnect devices (3D-MID) for the aerospace, medical device, RF antenna, and connector markets. Compared to 2-dimensional printed circuit boards, a 3D-MID can take the shape of a molded component, typically used for the device structure. The electrical path is patterned in true 3D with x, y and z-patterns following the contour of the molded component.
